Host an epic Crozet pool party at Old Trail Swim Club! Our swim facility offers the opportunity for you to host a unique gathering in a beautiful setting. Pavilion and whole pool rentals are available.
Pavilion Rentals
The Pavilion is a great choice for small, semi-private celebrations providing a covered space with seating for up to 60 guests. Pavilion rentals are available throughout the day during regular operating hours.

PRICING AND GUIDELINES
Less than 15 People: Member $225 + $25/Extra Hour; Non-Member $300 + $35 / Extra Hour
More than 15 People but no more than 30 People: Member $300/Hour +$40/Extra Hour; Non-Member $375 + $50/Extra Hour
More than 30 People but no more than 45 People: Member $375/Hour +$40/Extra Hour; Non-Member $450 + $50/Extra Hour
More than 45 People but no more than 60 People: Member $450/Hour +$40/Extra Hour; Non-Member $525 + $50/Extra Hour
For all Pavilion Rentals:
- Must reserve a minimum of 5 days in advance
- Base rate is for a three (3) hour party
- Guest list due at least 3 days before the date of the party
- Individual renting must be at least 18 years of age and present for the entire rental time
- Once the rental time has concluded, all guests must vacate or the individual renting will be responsible for the appropriate usage fee for each person who stays
Whole Pool Rentals
For a completely private event, rent the entire pool! Facility rentals are available from 9am - 12pm or 7pm - 10pm. Private pool parties at Old Trail Swim Club are perfect for:

Private Pool Rental Guidelines:
- 14 Days’ Notice
- 2-Hour Minimum
- Rentals must start at 7pm or prior to 11am
- Payment due with booking
- Guest list due at least 3 days before the date of the party
