Rupe Taylor, PGA Head Golf Professional
Old Trail Golf Club is pleased to welcome Rupe Taylor, PGA, as our new Head Golf Professional.
Rupe brings a diverse background in golf operations, tournament management, and player development. Throughout his career, he has held leadership and instructional roles at premier facilities, including Keswick Golf Club and The Kiawah Island Club's Cassique Course, where he developed a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and fostering a welcoming golf community.
Most recently, Rupe founded and operated Play Better Golf Now, where he helped golfers of all skill levels improve their games through personalized instruction, player development programs, and modern teaching technology. His passion for coaching, growing the game, and helping golfers reach their potential will continue to be a cornerstone of the golf program at Old Trail.
In addition to his accomplishments as a PGA Professional, Rupe is an accomplished player. He qualified for the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club and finished as the Runner-Up in the 2025 Middle Atlantic PGA Player of the Year race, reflecting his commitment to excellence both on and off the golf course.
As Head Golf Professional, Rupe is looking forward to providing an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
