Make a Forever Question Last Forever

CREATIVE WAYS TO POP THE QUESTION - OUR FAVORITE IDEAS

How will you ask your partner to be your forever partner, forever and ever? There are hundreds of ideas listed online that range from orchestrating a Flash Mob performance, to something more intimate, like proposing under the night sky during a meteor shower. Deciding on what to do can be overwhelming, but the team at Old Trail Club is here to help! No matter what you decide, our advice is that you make it as special as possible. Here are some of our best ideas.

1

At the top of a mountain.
Whether you hiked up the mountain, or drove there, unpacking an engagement ring along with a glass of champagne are key ingredients.

2

27 boxes for Christmas.
On Christmas morning, you will wrap the engagement ring in a box, inside of a box, etc. This can lead to several boxes inside each other, finishing with the ring.

3

After dinner with friends.
Begin with a simple friend group dinner, end with a proposal. Have the friends help video and photograph
the special occasion.

4

The great and almighty Jumbotron.
This is an oldie but a goodie. Blast your question on the Jumbotron at a sporting event.

5

Propose in a Photo Booth.
Take a normal picture in the first take, then show a ring or sign to ask your question during the second photo.

6

Scavenger Hunt.
Begin with clues and small gifts hidden and handed our by family and friends.
The final gift will be you!

7

In a Hot Air Balloon.
Floating in the clouds, overlooking the valleys and mountains will make this moment that much more memorable.

8

On Valentine's Day at Restoration at Old Trail Club.
With the Blue Ridge Mountains offering an unforgettable backdrop, it's a no-brainer to finish your evening with dessert AND a ring. Reserve for our Valentine's Day Dinner here.
